KASEY AND THE SEGOS?
KEMP AND HORNER PLAY THE NAME GAME
According to reporters at the Christian Voice Magazine (www.christianvoicemagazine.com),. former Segos members, Kasey Kemp and Judson Horner, have informed Naomi Sego Reader that she can no longer use "The Segos" as part of her group name.  Naomi says she received a letter from Kemp and Horner stating that they now own the name.

The magazine says their investigation indicates that the x-Segos jointly registered "the Segos" as an LLC (Limited Liability Company). Public records show that the paperwork was signed by Kasey and Judson on April 28, 2008, and filed in the state of North Carolina, on May 7th.  Additionally,.. Horner registered the web domain, www.thesegos.com, on April 15th.  The following month (May, 2008).. the pair resigned their positions with Naomi and the Segos.

Naomi told the Christian Voice.. that she has hopes for a peaceful resolve and desires the prayers of her friends and supporters.
