Holland shared, "What a privilege to have Marshall Hall join our Daywind family. He has such incredible talent and a genuine heart. This is a winning combination, and we are ready to work together with him in his efforts to make great music and take it to the world."

Hall says he is equally as pleased to start this new journey with Daywind. "I received a call not too long ago from a friend. 'Marsh, this is Mark Lowry. You need to call Norman Holland over at Daywind. They'd really like to talk to you.' I'm so glad he called because I have met some very genuine folks with whom I'm proud to partner. I feel very fortunate to be a part of the fold at Daywind. I have several friends who are already artists here, and the folks that run the place have been so kind to me. I'm just happy to be here."

In late April,.. on a Gaither Community blog post, Hall told fans he and his family had also accepted a worship pastor position at Mountain Park Community Church in Phoenix, Arizona.  The Halls are expected to make the move this month. Marshall says: "My new church home is being very gracious in allowing me to travel and do concerts as well as serve as worship pastor there. Hopefully I'll have some dates up soon as to where I'll be singing in the near future."

In addition to his stint with the vocal band,.. Hall, as a studio session singer, has provided background vocals on projects for John Tesh, Clay Walker and Carman, among others.. and appeared on jingles for several national clients, including McDonald's, Long John Silver's and Head and Shoulders.   Marshall has written songs for several Gaither videos, as well as for Salvador, Point of Grace, David Phelps and the Vocal Band.

Plans for his first Daywind solo recording are underway now.
