One of Southern Gospel's best friends, supporters and fans, is recovering in a Goldsboro, North Carolina hospital today. On Wednesday (01/23) former longtime Anchormen owner Ray Bullard suffered congestive heart failure,.. that apparently led to a heart attack and severe stroke. Bullard's former partner.. and present owner of the Anchormen, Tim Bullins, says that Ray lost most control and function on his left side as a result of the episode. Doctors have started Ray on physical therapy in an effort to help him redevelop full motor skills.

 

Ray Bullard, a Goldsboro, NC resident, has been involved in SG music, as a group owner and concert promoter, for all of his adult life. His ministry and love for the music has touched thousands of artists and fans over the years. Friends may send Ray a message of encouragement at Wayne Memorial Hospital by visiting the facilities "greeting" center here:
