FANS TO NOMINATE FAVORITE ARTIST OF THE YEAR
Deon and Susan Unthank, administrators of SoGospelNews.com, announce that nominations are now being accepted for 2008 Fan Favorite Artist of the Year for their annual SGN Music Awards Celebration. Fans may submit the name of their choice for "favorite" at the website: www.sogospelnews.com. “This is one of our biggest categories,” mentioned Deon.. “Fans come out in droves to support their favorite artists in this category. It’s always fun to see who the fans’ favorite artists of the year were.”
Fan Favorite Artist of the Year is the only category where fans get to choose the nominees. The remaining SGN Music Awards nominees are chosen by the SoGospelNews.com staff. Voting will continue through January 14, 2008. The nominees for Fan Favorite Artist of the Year, as well as all of the nominees, will be announced on January 21st.
The 2008 SGN Music Awards Celebration will take place on Tuesday evening, April 29, 2008 at the River of Life Church in Smyrna, Tennessee. The program will start at 7:00 p.m. The Awards Celebration is free to the public.
